CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-in Age: Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Guest must present photo identification and proof of age upon arrival to the hotel. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation.
Check-in Time: Our check-in time is 4pm, however should you need to arrive earlier, if an early arrival is available on your day of arrival, a fee might apply.
Check-out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Should you need a late check-out, if a late check-out is available on your day of departure, a fee might apply. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day.
*If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICIES
The hotel’s cancellation & deposit policies vary based on the rate or offer selected. Different policies may also apply during special events & holidays.
Flexible Policy: The reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hrs. prior to arrival. A one-night (room & tax) deposit is due upon booking. If cancelled or modified within 72hrs. of arrival a one-night (room & tax) penalty will apply.
Non-Refundable Policy: The reservation may not be modified or cancelled. The total price of the reservation is due upon booking. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, full (room & tax) penalty will apply.
*Rates confirmed are per room per night and guaranteed for the number of occupants listed on the reservation. The extra person fee is $20 plus 14% tax per person per night.
*Children under 11 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.
Our Hotel Service Fee is $30 plus 14% tax per room per night and provides you the following amenities:
A valid EMV credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in. The hotel's credit card authorization process seeks approval for $100.00 per day for incidentals in addition to the room and tax charges for the entire stay. You will also be asked to present a valid picture ID

We want our guests to stay connected. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the hotel and access to in-room Wi-Fi is included as part of the Hotel Service Fees.
With the exception of service dogs, pets are currently not allowed at the Hotel.
The hotel does not offer parking on premises, but there is City parking available nearby.
The Clinton Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Although smoking is not permitted within the hotel building itself, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.
We do not have a hotel shuttle that provides transportation to/from the Airport. If you would like we can arrange for taxi or a private car transfer.
In order to maintain your safety and comfort during COVID-19 pandemic, our Housekeeping team will not enter guest rooms to service throughout your stay. Please call the Reception for specific Housekeeping requests from your in-room phone.
We will be happy to receive your packages. Our Concierge will hold them for you until your arrival. Due to limited space, we are unable to receive large packages prior to your arrival. Please make sure that they are addressed as follows:
